In the end, I decided to spend the traditional period of mourning (a year and a day) away from the blog. So, keep your eyes open around mid July, as I'm planning to be back.

Gregory the Eremitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11652447286252910371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2129086278343859186.post-24857688221805015092013-06-07T17:28:22.499+01:002013-06-07T17:28:22.499+01:00I am sorry for your loss.

No doubt there will be a number of family issues that will take up my time, but I am intending to return to this in the near future.Gregory the Eremitehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11652447286252910371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2129086278343859186.post-16163271485779184072012-08-08T22:36:18.763+01:002012-08-08T22:36:18.763+01:00Greetings,

Hope you are healthy and doing well.

Will you continue using this site to post your insights from the Summa? They are truly spiritual keys that unlock this masterpiece. They "translate" the Summa like nothing I have seen. Keep up the good work.

Peace to you,

JohnAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2129086278343859186.post-87994526078191175302012-06-14T09:38:29.709+01:002012-06-14T09:38:29.709+01:00Hi,

I am confused about Saint Thomas's vision of history; how does he see state of inncocence, glory, nature, grace, etc. What is the order? I found two different interpretations about this point:
First interpr. : 1. State of innocence aka state of nature (in paradise before the fall of man and original sin) 2. State of sin aka state of fall (after the original sin and fall of man) 3. State of grace (After coming of Christ)4. State of glory (After the final judgment)
Second interp. 1. State of innocence (in paradise before the fall of man and original sin) 2. State of nature aka state of sin aka state of fall (after the original sin and fall of man) 3. State of grace (After coming of Christ)4. State of glory (After the final judgment)

Do you find any of these plausible? As you see, I am not sure whether state of nature is the condition of man before the fall or after the fall and before coming of Christ. Moreover, I am not sure if I undertand correctly state of grace and glory. Would you please help me understand this?
Thanks,رسول نمازیhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00067756659073633337noreply@blogger.com
